General Manager
Michael Browne
British-born Mike has been managing both bars and restaurants for close to fifteen years. After completing a degree in business with marketing and spending a year working in advertising in London, he decided an office job wasn’t for him. Being an active person, he quickly realised hospitality was ideal for his character and skillset. The son of one of our original founders, Chris Corbin, introduced him to the restaurants. He started at Brasserie Zédel and didn’t look back. Mike also headed up one our most recent openings, Manzi’s. He joined The Wolseley City three years ago, recently taking the reins as General Manager.
Head Chef
Jenson Santos
Born and trained in Mumbai, Jenson began his career at The Leela Mumbai before moving to London in 2007, where he cut his teeth at the Cinnamon Collection. Over nearly two decades he's cooked across Thai, Indian and Modern European kitchens, spending six years at The Evolv Collection's German Gymnasium. He joined The Wolseley Hospitality Group in 2025 as Head Chef at Fischer's, moving from The Metropolitan Mayfair, and took the helm at The Wolseley City in 2026, where he champions tradition and craftsmanship while balancing regulars' favourites with new ideas.
