The Wolseley City is situated on King William Street in the heart of the Square Mile, less than a minute’s walk from Monument Station, 3 minutes from Bank or a 6 minute walk from London Bridge Station.
There is parking at NCP London Vintry Thames Exchange, which is a 10 minute walk from The Wolseley City.
Yes, please let us know prior to the booking and we can accommodate wheelchair access.
We are delighted to welcome children to the restaurant and are able to offer highchairs. Please note that the child’s seat will be included in the overall table number.
We would also like to advise that space is very limited for pushchairs/buggies in the cloakroom area.
Dogs are welcome in our bar and salon areas of the restaurant.
Our normal opening hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 10:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 10:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
If you don’t arrive for your booking without letting us know, a £15 fee per person will be charged for breakfast and weekend afternoon tea and a £25 fee per person will be charged for lunch and dinner. (If you cancel and let us know, online or via phone, you will not be charged).
Our dress code is smart-casual.

The Wolseley City currently does not have a gluten-free range, although a number of dishes can be prepared gluten-free. A selection of vegetarian dishes will be included on our menu.
We do not offer separate children’s menus, however, there are dishes suitable for children on our à la carté menu.
We offer afternoon tea at The Wolseley City on weekends only. Please note there is a £15 no-show fee applied to afternoon tea bookings
All our dishes are prepared in our one main kitchen, where a variety of ingredients are used (including nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten). Although we follow the strictest hygiene practices to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any dish to be totally free from allergens. If you would like to know more about how our dishes are cooked or prepared, please talk to your waiter or manager.
Unfortunately, we do not offer take-away services at this time.
The maximum table size in our main dining room accommodates 8 diners.
Yes, we have two private dining rooms – one which hosts up to ten guests and another which accommodates up to twelve guests. The rooms can be combined, in which instance they can host up to 24 guests.
Yes, complimentary WiFi is offered in the restaurant.
There is no outdoor space or seating at The Wolseley City.
